IMPORTANT: Wrap pork in tin foil before cooking This is a good recipe for bar-b-qued pork. One pork butt roast 6+ pounds Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning(Tony's is my name brand) Slice onion and place slices on pork roast Cook on 350 for 5 hours Strip with a fork into a bowl (This will just about fall apart) Remove as much fat as you can This is "Piggy Park" Bar-b-que sauce. 8 table spoons yellow mustard 6 tablespoons sugar 2 table spoons brown sugar 1 cup cider vinegar 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons butter or margerine Combine all ingredients except for soy sauce and butter in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and butter. Stir sauce into shedded pork and spoon out onto buns. A taste just like home. Back in South Carolina that is!!! LOL
