 There are now H-1 Halogen headlight bulbs available i two filaments ,
not too many places carry them as most folks want blinding brighness and
damn the fusebox - I've purchased them from motorcycle  shops and (of
course) Pep Boys . the yellow ones I mentioned came from Chapparal
Motorcycles in San Bernadino Ca. , they keep them in stock .

 I do recall all the tickets we got back when , before all this stuff was
legal .

You are not arguing with me , merely proposing a different point of view
- a good thing as folks on the list need as much info as they can get
before making a decision . I always welcome corrctions and comments as
I;m still learning car stuff every day .
