Jim writes: Yes, the bearing to hub fit is not very tight. Get a socket that
is small enough to fit through the seal, but fits on the bearing. Put the hub
with the lugs facing down on a piece of wood. Pass the socket through the
seal so that it is sitting on the bearing and give the socket a little tap
and the bearing should drop out.
