If you are using Eudora, this is easy to do under the 'tools' menu. I'd have your mail client filter any email that has metropolitan@listserv.azstarnet.com anywhere in the header to a metropolitan mailbox. Then, when you have time you can open up that mailbox and sort through it at your convenience. Second requires work on my end. It's called a digest. This bundles a set amount of posts to the list into one email and sends it out to you. For example, I could set it up to send out a digest once a week, so you'd get one email containing about 70 messages in it. As I've mentioned before, I don't like digests. I've been on them, and I never participate. Filters aren't hard to set up, and do the job nicely. With filters you can open up that met mailbox once a week, and quickly read the ones that look interesting. Digests make it hard to skip around from message to message since it's one giant email. If anyone needs help setting up a filter you can ask me for help at equant@azstarnet.com. Nathan Hendler
