Update Fri, 03 December 2003 I received an email from Scott Evans of safestuff.com asking me to remove the atari artwork images from my website.
This email is in regard to the Atari Artwork you have posted to the internet at the following URL. http://labs.retards.org/library/vintage/atari_art/ This Artwork is owned by Safestuff.com and the photos take of those images are copyrighted works of Safestuff.com. This email is to inform you, that you must remove those images from your website. Please remove them by Dec 31st, 2002. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter. This is an archive of atari images from the 'Unofficial' Atari Games Prototype Museum. Stuff has a way of dissapearing on the net, so I've mirrored his Atari Art Page. The guy has a lot of good other stuff, and he claims that he will add new photos, so it's worth checking out. Here's his orignal quote about the artwork...
"The images found here are from a collection of Atari industrial design drawings that I aquired late last year. I have selected a few choice images to display now, and I will be adding more in the future. I'll slowly be scanning these into get the best possible image online. For now, these shots from my digital camera will have to do."
